NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Boone County Fiscal Court will receive sealed proposals electronically via the County’s electronic bidding system only until 2:00 p.m. (local time), Thursday, December 4, 2025, from qualified offerors to perform services associated with BCFY26-25 Playground Design Services for the Boone County Parks - Fox Run Park. Proposals must be submitted electronically. Late, hand delivered (paper), emailed or facsimile proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened online at the time listed above.   Specifications may be downloaded electronically by visiting our electronic bidding website at www.boonecountyky.org\publicnotices   Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price.
