LEGAL NOTICE In accordance with KRS 100, the Boone County Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to present and hear comments on the draft Our Boone County - Plan 2045. The Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. in the Boone County Fiscal Courtroom located at 2950 Washington Street, Burlington, Kentucky. The draft Our Boone County - Plan 2045 consists of 7 Elements: Demographics, Environment &, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources, Economy, Public Facilities and Services, Transportation, and Land Use (text and maps). It contains research data and analysis and projects future land uses.
