NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com or by SEALED PROPOSALS until 10:00 a.m. local time on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and the same will be publicly opened at the same hour at the office of the County Engineer of Hamilton County, Ohio 10480 Burlington Road, Central Garage, Cincinnati, Ohio, for the following County work, under Project No. 502601. 2026 SIDEWALK PROGRAM located in Colerain, Delhi, and Green Townships, Hamilton County, Ohio Each proposal must be accompanied by a one hundred percent (100%) bid guaranty bond or a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. If using Bid Express® service a scanned copy can be uploaded to the site. Bidders must use the printed forms provided herein or located electronically through the Bid Express® service at www.bidexpress.com. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Corporate Surety Company Bond in a sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, conditioned according to law. Once registered with Bid Express, bidders will be able to view project solicitations, download bid documents, view and add themselves to the plan holders’ list, and submit requests for information. Detailed information for the work may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids or accept or reject any part thereof. This project falls under prevailing wage and all participants must comply with prevailing wage rate on public improvements in Hamilton County, State of Ohio, as approved and determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 41150.05 ORC.
