ADVERTISEMENT for BID Sealed bids will be received at the City of Sharonville Administration Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241, until 2:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, April 30, 2026 for all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as CITY OF SHARONVILLE LOOP REDEVELOPMENT ABATEMENT & DEMOLITION PROJECT – PHASE 1, as set forth in the project documents prepared by Elevar Design Group, 555 Carr Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after closing time for said bids. Contract documents, bid sheets, drawings and specifications shall be obtained at Key Companies, 411 Elliot Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, (513) 821-2111, www.keycompanies.com. The cost of each set of documents shall be paid by each bidder to Key Companies and shall be non-refundable. All prospective bidders shall be a plan holder of record with Key Companies. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 through 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security, furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a surety company or corporation licensed in the State of Ohio in the full amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. A 100% satisfactory performance and payment bond shall be required of the successful bidder. A non-mandatory Pre-bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 3:30 P.M. at the Sharonville Administration Building, 10900 Reading Road, Sharonville, Ohio 45241. Each bid must be submitted in paper form, in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of the bidder, their address, and the name of the project for which the bid is submitted. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the same and all persons interested therein. All bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Sharonville, Ohio as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.034 through 4115.05 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio.
