CITY OF SHARONVILLE, OHIO REQUEST FOR CMR QUALIFICATIONS / PROPOSALS The City of Sharonville is requesting Proposals from Construction Management Firms for the purposes of providing CMR services for alterations to an existing building and site for a new Public Works Facility. Firms interested in the Project are invited to submit a Proposal to the Owner per the instructions listed in the RFP Documents. Project delivery shall be CM at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). The Architect / Engineer is MSP Design. Documents shall be available on April 6, 2026. Proposals are due April 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM, EST. An on-site pre-bid meeting shall be held on April 13th, 2026 at 1:00 PM, EST at 11959 Tramway Drive, Sharonville, Ohio 45241.
