PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF COLDWATER PLANNING COMMISSION
All interested parties are hereby notified that the Coldwater City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 1 Grand Street, Coldwater, Michigan 49036, to consider the following Special Land Use request:
SUP26-08 - A request submitted by Abdulsalam Salem, to convert a former law office to a residential dwelling. This request is consistent with section 6.2 and with Section 3.1.8.C. Special Land Uses within the Central Business District (C-2).
