For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by William McDonald and Sarah McDonald, husband and wife dated April 16, 2021 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Boone County, Missouri in Book 5409, Page 130 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Friday, February 27, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 2:55 PM), at the South Front Door of the Court House, City of Columbia, County of Boone, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Boone County, State of Missouri, to wit:

A TRACT OF LAND BEING PART OF A FIVE (5) ACRE TRACT IN THE NORTH PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE 1/4) OF SECTION EIGHT (8), TOWNSHIP FIFTY-ONE (51) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12) WEST, OF THE FIFTH (5TH) PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, OFF OF THE WEST END OF WHAT IS KNOWN AS SMITH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF STURGEON, BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI, AND BEING PART OF THE SOUTH END OF VACATED WENTZ STREET IN THE CITY OF STURGEON, SAID TRACT OF LAND BEING SHOWN AND DESCRIBED BY THE SURVEY THEREOF RECORDED JUNE 25, 1979 AS DOCUMENT NO. 7555 IN BOOK 465, PAGE 400, RECORDS OF BOONE COUNTY, MISSOURI.
