Scope of Work The City of Sturgeon is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the complete demolition and site clearance of three (3) commercial structures located at 112 and 114 N. Ogden Street. The project includes: Full structural demolition and debris removal. Removal of all concrete footings, foundations, and floor slabs. (leave loading dock) Backfilling and professional leveling of the site to match existing grade. Strict adherence to safeguarding public sidewalks and adjacent infrastructure. 2.
