The successor trustee will on April 20, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 10:00 AM, at the South Front Door of the Boone County Courthouse, 705 East Walnut Street, Columbia, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
