REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS-LAW ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE EQUIPMENT WITH INSTALLATION The City of Ashland, Mo Police Department is accepting sealed bids for the procurement and installation of patrol vehicle equipment and installation for two 2025 Dodge Durango Pursuit for the City of Ashland (hereinafter referred to as City) as set forth herein. Complete RFP packet is posted at www.ashlandmo.us or can be picked up at Ashland City Hall. Sealed bids must be delivered to the Ashland City Hall, 101 West Broadway, P.O. Box 135, Ashland, MO 65010 no later than 5:00 pm on FRIDAY, JULY 31, 2026. Bids received after the specified date and time will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as "Law Enforcement Vehicle Equipment with Installation". All questions concerning the solicitation and specifications shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to Chief Scott Young, at Syoung@ashlandmo.us or Sgt. Rick Smith, at rsmith@ashlandmo.us. Any oral responses to any question shall be unofficial and not binding on the City of Ashland. An Addendum to this RFP providing the City of Ashland's official response will be issued if necessary to all known prospective offerors.
