VILLAGE OF BATH NOTICE NOTICE of a public hearing before the Village of Bath Board of Trustees on the adoption of proposed Local Law No 4 of 2026 and titled "Amending Chapter 119 of the Village Code of the Village of Bath Defining Short-Term Rental and Making Hotels and Motels Special Permit Uses." LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, and further pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath, New York, passed on January 20, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Bath will hold a public hearing at the Municipal Building, Liberty St, Bath, New York on February 17, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the adoption of the above-referred local law. The intent of this local law is to Amend Chapter 119 of the Village Code of the Village of Bath Defining Short-Term Rental and Making Hotels and Motels Special Permit Uses.
