The City of Pleasant Hill Board of Adjustment will meet Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 5:30 PM in the Pleasant Hill Council Chambers, 5160 Maple Drive, Pleasant Hill, Iowa.
A variance request from Chapter 169, Section 3, Article 4, and Chapter 167, Section 16, Article 4, Subsection A1 has been filed by Lea Holdings LLC to allow compacted asphalt millings as parking and outdoor storage surfacing instead of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) or Portland concrete cement (PCC) in the areas affected by the gas pipeline easement.
