Schiek Revocable Trust U/A/D January 29, 1999 To: All persons regarding Barbara A. Schiek, deceased, who died on or about the 16th day of March 2026. You are hereby notified that Mary Jo Youngberg is serving as Trustee of the Barbara A. Schiek Revocable Trust under agreement dated January 29, 1999, as amended and restated. Any action to contest the validity of the Trust must be brought in the District Court of Polk County, Iowa, within the later to occur of four (4) months from the date of second publication of this Notice, or thirty (30) days from the date of mailing this Notice to all heirs of the Decedent and beneficiaries under the Trust whose identities are reasonably ascertainable. Any claim not filed within this period shall be forever barred. Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the Decedent or to the Trust are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned Trustee.
