OFFICIAL PUBLICATION CITY OF CLIVE NOTICE OF 2025 SIDEWALK REPAIR ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Clive, Iowa, did on the 23rd day of April, 2026 adopt as the final assessment schedule for the 2025 Sidewalk Repair Program of the City of Clive, Iowa, the following schedule and levied the same in the amounts and against the real estate described therein: STONEGATE PLAT 1 LOT 18 WALNUT CREEK HILLS OF CLIVE PLAT 2 LOT 71 WALNUT CREEK HILLS OF CLIVE PLAT 2 LOT 49 BERKSHIRE NORTH PLAT TWO LOT 46 BERKSHIRE WOODS PLAT 1 LOT 24 COUNTRY CLUB GLEN PLAT 6 LOT 24 COUNTRY CLUB GLEN PLAT 6 LOT 9 A copy of said schedule is now on file at the Clive City Hall with the City Clerk and may be examined there. The assessments described in the schedule may be paid in full at the office of the City Clerk, Clive City Hall, 1900 NW 114th Street, Clive, Iowa 50325 within thirty (30) days of the 24th day of April, 2026, thereafter assessments will be paid in the office of the Polk County Treasurer, and said payment will be delinquent on September 2026 and will draw the same penalties as ordinary taxes.
