PROJ-26-022 – Construction Services HBS – 200 UNIT REMEDIATION Invitation to Bid (ITB) Date of Notice: December 26, 2025, and January 9, 2026 SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Construction Services for HBS – 200 UNIT REMEDIATION (Bid No. PROJ-26-022) SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to perform remediation of Unit 200 at Halifax Behavioral Services. The work will include containment, demolition, disposal, HVAC isolation, finish repairs, and sanitization in accordance with the provided plans and remediation guidelines. A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire. RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning December 26, 2025 at 12:00PM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire.
