PROJ-26-018 – Construction Services for ROC Security Equipment Addition   Invitation to Bid (ITB) Date of Notice: January 8, 2026, and January 15, 2026   SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Construction Services for ROC SECURITY EQUIPMENT ADDITION (Bid No. PROJ-26-018)   SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to provide and install additional security equipment at the Charles L and Miki N Grant Cancer Center for Hope. The scope of work includes installing a badge reader, cameras, j-hooks, patch and paint, ICRA compliance, and proper fire sealant of penetrations. This work will take place in an active healthcare facility where patient care is ongoing, and contractors must have experience working in such environments.   RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning January 8, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire.
