PROJ-26-027 – SEVCC CU3&CU6 Replacements– BID OPENING 1/13/2026 AT 12:00PM EST   Invitation to Bid (ITB) Date of Notice: January 13, 2026 and January 20, 2026   SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for SEVCC CU3&CU6 Replacements (Bid No. PROJ-26-027)   SUMMARY: Halifax Health is requesting bid responses from qualified contractors to replace two air-cooled condensing units (“CU-3” and “CU-6”) at Halifax Hospice, Southeast Volusia Care Center (SEVCC). The Contractor shall provide a turnkey, all-inclusive proposal that includes demolition and disposal of existing units. A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire.   RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning January 13, 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire.
