COR3 Mechanical is the Construction Manager for Volusia County Public Schools and is requesting proposals for the construction project T. Dewitt Taylor Middle-High School Upgrade CEP   The project involves the upgrade of the HVAC, Concrete, and Electrical in the existing CEP. Scopes include concrete, painting, HVAC, and electrical. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting & Walkthrough is scheduled January 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM at T Dewitt Taylor Middle High School 100 E Washington Ave, Pierson, FL 32180, all bidders are encouraged to attend.   Bids will be received via email at estimating@cor3mechancial.com no later than February 20, 2026, at 5:00PM. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be rejected.   The RFI deadline is January 28, 2026, at 5:00PM. Please submit RFI’s to estimating@cor3mechancial.com. Please refrain from reaching out to the Architect or Owner for information on this project.   Payment & Performance Bonds may be required.   All bidding subcontractors must comply with having all onsite personnel registered with a valid JLA Badge, per Florida Statues. All costs for new employee badging & renewals will be the sole responsibility of the bidding subcontractor.
