The artwork shall be positive, use inviting colors, and convey a sense of optimism and tranquility.   RESPONSES: Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub.com beginning February 12, 2026 at 9:00AM EST. Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire.
