PROJ-26-043 – Construction Services for PO FSED IRRIGATION – BID OPENING June 22nd, 2026, 12:00 PM EDT   Invitation to Bid (ITB) Date of Notice: June 22, 2026 and June 29, 2026   SUBJECT: Invitation to Bid for Construction Services for PO FSED Irrigation System (Bid No. PROJ 26 043).   SUMMARY: furnish and install a complete irrigation system for approximately two acres of land adjacent to the Port Orange Free-Standing Emergency Department (PO FSED). A copy of the associated drawings and plans will be posted on Bonfire.   RESPONSES:   Contractors with demonstrated expertise on similar projects are invited to submit a bid packet. The Invitation for Bid (ITB) packet can be obtained from the Halifax Health Procurement Portal at http://halifaxhealth.bonfirehub. com beginning June 22, 2026, 12:00 PM EDT.   Sealed bid packets may also be submitted via mail or hand delivery. Sealed bids must be clearly labeled with the solicitation name and number, made out to Zen Dunisha, and delivered to 303 North Clyde Morris Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 by the stated submission deadline.   Questions regarding this ITB should be submitted via the Procurement Portal on Bonfire or via email to shdunisha@halifax.org.
