2. Scope of Work
The vendor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, installation, and testing for the following security-related improvements (select and modify as applicable):
X Provide on sight security team to prevent unauthorized entry into buildings on premises
Detailed Scope / Specifications:
We are seeking to engage a security company to provide onsite protection to the synagogue and religious school against all types of intrusion. A security team will be required on premises every Friday evening and Saturday morning during religious services. Security would also be required for additional services for religious holidays and while school is in session. In addition, security coverage will be required when the building(s) is in use during special events.
3. Vendor Requirements
Vendors responding to this RFQ must:
Be properly licensed and insured in the State of FloridaDemonstrate experience with security system installation or physical security constructionBe capable of completing work in accordance with NSGP and FDEM requirementsComply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations

5. Evaluation and Selection
Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

The organization reserves the right to select the vendor that provides the best overall value, not necessarily the lowest price, consistent with 2 CFR 200 procurement standards.
6. Compliance and Documentation
All submitted quotes will be retained for grant compliance purposesVendor selection will be documented in writingPayment will be subject to grant reimbursement requirementsWork may not begin until authorized by the organization
