High St., Columbus, OH 43215; for a declaratory judgment and to quiet title to the property on Groveport Road, Groveport, OH, 43215; Parcel No. 185-002549-00; otherwise described as: Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Township of Madison, and bounded and described as follows: Being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 20 and Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 11, Range 21, Congress lands, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike located in the centerline of Groveport Road at the southwest comer of Greene Thompson, .5.0 acre tract; Thence with the west line of said Greene Thompson, 5.0 acre tract, North 03° 45' East, 882.19 feet to the northwest corner of said 5.0 acre tract; Thence North 59° 30' West, 4.4 feet to an iron pipe; Thence South 03° 30' West, 884.17 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.080 of an acre, more or less.
