Horseheads Central School District Horseheads, New York Request for Quotes (RFQ) – Revised The Horseheads Central School District has revised its Request for Quotes (RFQ) to scale the project to one media format, microfiche, and the RFQ has been updated accordingly. The District is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to prepare microfiche records for digitization, digitize all fiche images, index the resulting digital files, conduct quality control, and import all approved images into the District's electronic content management system (OnBase). All project activities outlined in the revised RFQ are contingent upon the award of New York State Archives Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund grant funds. Individuals interested in responding to the revised Request for Quotes shall submit one (1) original quote and any necessary supporting documentation via email to Stacy McCauley at stmccauley@horseheadsdistrict.com no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 3:00pm. Any quotes received after this deadline will not be considered. Interested parties may obtain additional information by contacting the Horseheads Central School District Business Office at 607-739-5601 x4260. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality, and to hold all proposals for 60 days subsequent to the date of opening for examination.
