TCEQ rules require the publication of this notice once a week for three weeks. This is the first publication of the notice. Approval by the TCEQ Executive Director is required before the proposed storage site may continue storage activities. The applicant has filed registration documents with Hon. Ricardo A. Samaniego at 500 E. San Antonio, Suite 301, El Paso, in El Paso County, where they can be viewed by the public.
