NOTICE OF ESTABLISHING DISTRICT OFFICES AND REGULAR MEETING PLACES OF IRON POINTE MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF EL PASO TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF IRON POINTE MUNICIPAL UITLITY DISTRICT AND TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SUCH DISTRICT: District offices are hereby established at the offices of: (i) Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, located at 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701; and (ii) TRE & Associates, LLC, 110 Mesa Park Drive, Suite 200, El Paso, Texas 79912 and 215 Yandell, El Paso, Texas 79902. Said offices are hereby established for the purpose of opening bids for construction contracts and for the purpose of filing and maintaining the District's records. Meeting places of the Board are hereby established at: (i) the offices of TRE & Associates, LLC, located at 110 Mesa Park Drive, Suite 200, El Paso, Texas 79912; (ii) the offices of TRE & Associates, LLC, located at 215 Yandell Drive, El Paso, Texas 79902; (iii) ACE Hardware, located at 2873 Pershing Drive, El Paso, TX 79903; and (iv) the offices of Hanson Asset Management, LLC, located at 5812 Cromo Drive, El Paso, Texas 79912, all of which are hereby declared to be public places and open to the public. The mailing address of the District shall be c/o Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, located at 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701.
