PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: Marlo Machalinski, for property located at 412 Kelso Drive, seeking a use variance for a Dwelling, Single-Family Detached, and a rear yard setback variance for a detached Accessory Structure in the PI Presque Isle Gateway District. Papa Echo Holdings, LLC, for property located on Peninsula Drive, and identified by tax parcel ID 33-071-209.0-009.00, seeking a use variance for a parking lot as a Principal Use in the MU-2 Corridor Mixed Use District. Guardian Towers, for property located at 2301 Millfair Road, seeking a setback variance for a Tower-based Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) and a Special Exception for a Tower-based WCF in the C2 Regional Commercial District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26 Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
