THE MONTESSORI REGIONAL CHARTER SCHOOL will receive sealed bids for the Montessori Regional Charter School Capital Improvements Phase I project at the offices of Weber Murphy Fox, 3230 West Lake Road, Erie PA 16505 until 2:00 PM local prevailing time, Tuesday, May 12, 2026. At that time the bids will be opened publicly and read out loud. A stipulated sum bid will be required for the following contracts: 06 10 00 - GENERAL TRADES, 08 41 00 – GLAZING, 32 12 00 – ASPHALT PAVING. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate and mailed or delivered in a sealed opaque envelope clearly marked on the face of the envelope the words “Montessori Regional Charter School - Capital Improvements Phase I”. If the bid is mailed, the envelope containing the bid shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the words “Sealed Bid enclosed for GENERAL TRADES” endorsed on the face thereof. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has issued a Prevailing Wage Determination for this project which must be complied with. Prior to submitting a bid, each bidder must file an executed Electronic Document Disclaimer form which will be part of the bid documents. Hard copies will be sold for a non-refundable amount of the cost to produce the documents. A pre-bid is scheduled Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 3:30 PM at the project site for this project. Time is of the essence in the work. Requirements with regard to completion portions of the work are contained in the Project Manual.
