PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on June 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in City Council Chambers, 626 State Street, Erie, PA; Erie City Council will consider for Final Passage the following ordinances.  Council File No. 16,609 An ordinance amending Ordinance 26-1958, the Traffic Code of the City of Erie by the installation stop signs at three intersections: 1) McCarter Avenue & Pennsylvania Avenue – stopping McCarter Avenue. 2) Atkins Street & Birch Court – stopping Birch Court. 3) West 39th Street & Fruit Street – stopping Fruit Street.  The public is welcome to attend.
