Bethesda Lutheran Services FSMC Proposal Bethesda Children's Home dba Bethesda Lutheran Services is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines. A walk-through meeting is scheduled for February 25, 2026 at 2:00 pm at 15487 State Highway 86, Meadville, PA 16335. All proposals must be submitted no later than March 18, 2026.
