Fern Ridge School District Elmira Field Development The Fern Ridge School District is seeking bids from experienced Contractors for development of three athletic fields in the empty lot behind Elmira Elementary School at 88960 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, OR 97437. The scope includes mass and fine grading, seeding, soil amendment, gravel, minor storm work, and associated site development work. The result will be baseball, softball, and soccer fields. Irrigation will be by others. Dugouts, backstops, and similar vertical structure to be in a future phase. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at Elmira Elementary School at 88960 Territorial Hwy, Elmira, OR 97437 on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Elmira Elementary School main parking lot and then move behind the school shortly after the start. All contractors planning to submit a bid are encouraged to be represented at this meeting.
