Coburg Public Hearing Notice APPLICATION: PA 01-25 CFEC Implementation APPLICANT: City of Coburg REQUEST: Amendment- Coburg Zoning Code APPLICABLE CRITERIA: Coburg Zoning Ordinance A-200-L, Article X.E Type IV Procedure; Article XVI Land Use District Map and Text Amendments; Coburg Comprehensive Plan Coburg Planning Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing September 17th at 6:00p.m. at Coburg City Hall, 91136 N Willamette St. Coburg, OR 97408. The purpose of the code amendments is to comply with the State's Climate Friendly and Equitable Communities program and associated rules found in Oregon Administrative Rules Chapter 660 Division 12 including parking reform and walkable design standards. The hearing will be held under this title and rules of procedure adopted by the Council and available at City Hall. Following the Planning Commission hearing, the Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council. The Council will make a final decision regarding the Commission recommendation following its own public hearing on October 14th, 2025 at 6:00pm and second reading on November 11th, 2025 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
