PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to ORS 63.644, Sequential Retail Station #1, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (the "Company"), announces that it was dissolved effective as of April 6, 2026. By this notice the Company requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in writing to the Company at the following address: Sequential Retail Station #1, LLC, Attn: Ian Hill, 3599 Spring Blvd., Eugene, OR 97405. All claims must be presented in accordance with this notice and must include supporting documentation evidencing the name and address of the claimant and the amount and nature of the claim. Any claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five (5) years after the date of this publication of notice.
