NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D07-2506-MF-003585 wherein Fifth Third Bank, National Association, FKA Fifth Third Bank was Plaintiff, and Bobby N. Miller; Mariner Finance, LLC; REI House Buyers; Propertpros, Inc.; US Property BRF1, LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of December, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
