required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, at the hour of 10:00 AM of said day listed above, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
The Land referred to herein below is situated in the County of Vanderburgh, State of IN, and is described as follows: Lots One Hundred Seven (107), One hundred Eight (108) and One Hundred Nine (109) in the Replat of Oakhurst Place, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book H, page 169 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Less and except those parts of the property conveyed to the Civil City of Evansville, Indiana by Warranty Deed from Ronald D. Hughes and Sarah B. Hughes dated October 11, 2004 and recorded November 18, 2004 as Instrument No.2004R00040594 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Being the same property as conveyed from Robert L. Gray III to Adrian D. Marion as set forth in Instrument #2019R00018165 dated 08/09/2019, recorded 08/21/2019, Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
