By virtue of a certified copy of an Agreed In Rem Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on August 19, 2025 in a case entitled, Liberty Federal Credit Union f/k/a Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union v. Krista L. Wilhite, et al, in Case No. 82D06-2504-MF-002473, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20th day of November, 2025 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Four (4) in Ashwood Phase I, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book Q, Page 17 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana,
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
