Notice of Intent to Apply for a Modification of Injection Rate for a Class II Enhanced Recovery Well

Notice of Intent to Apply for a Modification of Injection Rate for a Class II Enhanced Recovery Well Trey Exploration, Inc. P.O. Box 906, Newburgh, IN 47629 intends to submit to the Division of Oil and Gas an application to increase the maximum allowable injection rate of an existing Class II Enhanced Recovery well being used for the injection of produced brine. The proposed maximum injection rate for the well, Edward Reimann #W-3, permit #40787 will be 1500 barrels per day in the Cypress formation at a depth intermal of 2,201 feet to 2,211 feet at a maximum injection pressure not to exceed 1600 pounds per square inch. This well is located 990 feet from the south line and 1027 feet from the east line of the southwest quarter of section 30, Township 4S, Range 11W in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
