Notice of Sheriff's Sale
By virtue of a certified copy of a Default Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure ("Decree") sent to me by the Clerk of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, entered on April 30, 2024 in a case entitled, Brackmann Ventures, LLC vs. Steven E. Jewell, Betty Suelyn Jewell, et al in Case No. 82D05-2303-MF-1538, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in the Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 AM of said day, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of real property in Vanderburgh County, Indiana, described as follows:
Lot Twenty-five (25) and Twenty-six (26) in Block Nine (9) in Industrial Addition, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book G, pages 136 and 137 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana,
together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, leases, rents, issues, income, and profits. Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
