NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vanderburgh County Superior Court in Cause No. 82D05-2601-MF-000175 wherein German American Bank, was Plaintiff, and Kimbra Lamberson, City of Evansville, Department of Metropolitan Development and State of Indiana Department of Revenue were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of June, 2026 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, via www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Part of the South Half of Block One (1) in Lant's Subdivision of Lots Forty-three (43), Forty-four (44), Forty-five (45), Forty-six (46), Forty-nine (49), Fifty (50), Fifty-two (52) and Fifty-three (53) Richard's Subdivision of Lots Ten (10), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Seventeen (17) and the Southeast Quarter of Section Eighteen (18), Township Six (6) South, Range Ten (10) West, an Addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book F, Page 220, in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana described as follows:
Beginning on the North line of Maxwell Avenue at a point Sixty-four (64) feet West of the Southeast corner of said block; thence West along Maxwell Avenue Thirty-two (32) feet; thence North One Hundred Forty-four and Seventy-six Hundredths (144.76) feet to an alley; thence East along said alley Thirty-two (32) feet; thence South One Hundred Forty-four and Seventy-six Hundredths (144.76) feet to the place of beginning.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuations or appraisement laws.
