NOTICE OF FLOODPLAIN PERMIT APPLICATION
CITY OF GREAT FALLS, CASCADE COUNTY, MONTANA
The City of Great Falls Floodplain Administrator is in receipt of a Floodplain Permit Application submitted by Zachary Gregoire for the property addressed as 2716 Park Garden Lane and legally described as Lot 2A of the Foxwood Estates Addition, located in Section 23, T20N, R3E, Cascade County. The project is within the designated Missouri River flood fringe.
The purpose of this project is to construct a single-family home with a detached garage. The new structures will be placed on fill previously approved by a CLOMR-F, which establishes the building finished floor elevation at a minimum of two (2) feet above the Base Flood Elevation (BFE). This floodplain application is reviewed for conformance with floodplain regulations within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls, Title 17, Chapter 56. Any other permits or approvals that may be required are the responsibility of the applicant and the appropriate agency.
Any interested persons have fifteen (15) days from the publishing date of this notice to appear and speak for or against and/or submit written comments concerning this application as it relates to the floodplain.
