Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at 9:00 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Ave N, Great Falls MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will meet to consider Special Use Permit Application #016-2025 submitted by Michael and Jan Abbott for a second dwelling at 6549 Heavens View Lane, legally described as Section 31, Township 20 North, Range 03 East, in Cascade County, MT with Parcel #0002496525 having Geocode 02-3015-31-1-01-06-0000, zoned in the Suburban Residential (SR-2) Zoning District.
Application materials are on file in the Cascade County Planning & GIS Department at 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, Montana. Any interested person may appear and speak for or against the proposed Special Use Permit. Public comment may be submitted to the Planning Department by mail, emailed to planningcomments@cascadecountymt.gov, or during the public hearing.
