Public Notice for Operating Assistance This is to notify all interested parties that Salt Lake Express is applying for ($2,374,819.12) for Operating from the Montana Department of Transportation through the FY27 FTA 5311(f) Operating Grant Program. Funding will be used for operating expenses associated with providing transportation services to the general public, elderly, and persons with disabilities within their Montana Connections. The applications are on file at 785 So Railroad Ave. Rexburg, ID. 83440. If requested, a public hearing will be held and public notice given indicating the location, date, and time of the hearing. Written comments and questions in regards to this application are encouraged and will be accepted until February 28, 2026.
