NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION AND HEARING THEREON FOR Area 30 described as Cliffdale Road, Farrington, Hoke Loop Road, Lake William, Montibello, Reilly Road, and Turnbridge areas to include adjoining streets and/or development as referenced herein. The public will take notice that a Preliminary Assessment Resolution for the extension of its sanitary sewer collection system in all or portions of the following streets: Carvers Falls Road, Cooper Street, Crystal Drive, Foch Street, Gillespie Street, Hamlet Street, Jenson Court, Kitimat Court, Lakeside Drive, Lamar Road, McArthur Road, Meadowcroft Drive, Oakmont Circle, Oates Drive, Ramsey Street, Reeves Street, Riverdell Drive, Rosamond Drive, Warbler Lane, West Summerchase Drive, and Zepher Road adopted on the 9th day of February, 2026. The City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on the 23rd of March, 2026 in Council Chambers of City Hall located at 433 Hay Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 for the purpose of hearing all interested persons on the proposed Assessment Resolution. A copy is available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk, 433 Hay Street, Third Floor, Fayetteville, North Carolina between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Individuals desiring to speak at the Public Hearing shall sign up with the City Clerk by name and home address (in writing or in person) before 5:00 p.m. on the 23rd day of March, 2026 at the City Clerk's office located on the third floor of the City Hall.
