NOTICE Raleigh and Fayetteville Railroad, LLC (RFCC) is soliciting sealed bids for labor and equipment to replace ties, frog installation and surfacing along the mainline track of the RFCC in Harnett County of North Carolina as part of the Short Line Improvement Program (SIAP). The invitation to bid with specifications can be accessed at https://www.rjcorman.com/contact/bidding-opportunities. The deadline to submit the bids via sealed envelope is 7/28/2026 at 3PM local time. No bids will be taken after this date and time.
