TOWN OF ELIZABETHTOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposed Zoning Map Amendment, Town of Elizabethtown, NC. Pursuant to 160D-601(a), the Town of Elizabethtown will conduct a public hearing on June 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elizabethtown Municipal Building. Town Council will consider the following: Rezoning Request: Petitioner: Bladen's Bloomin' Agri-Industrial Case Number: SZD 06-2026-01 PIN: 0139479 Request: Rezoning for a mixed-use development including residential and limited commercial uses from SZD to R10 SZD.
