Legal Notice Request for Proposal 26-00004 School Food Service Management Operations The Hendry County School Board invites the submission of Requests for Proposals (RFP) from all interested and Qualified parties for School Food Service Management Operations. A copy of the Request for Proposal and instructions for submittal may be obtained online at www.hendry-schools.org. The RFP issue date is scheduled for Thursday, January 8, 2026. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. at Upthegrove Elementary School, 280 N. Main St., LaBelle, FL 33935. All interested Proposers are urged to attend one of these events. The deadline for receipt of written questions is Friday, January 26, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST and must be received electronically to sotoma@hendry-schools.net, arrietab@hendry-schools.net and adamsj@hendry-schools.net. The deadline date and time for all Response Proposals to be submitted is on Thursday, February 5, 2026 by 3:00 p.m. EST.
