PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a Public Informational Meeting to be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6:00 pm, at the North Fort Myers Recreation Center, 2000 N. Recreation Park Way, NFM, FL 33903. This meeting is to be conducted in accordance with the NFM Planning Community requirements outlined in Lee County Land Development Code (LCLDC) Sec. 33 1532. The Applicant, MHC The Heritage Two, LLC, will present information regarding the request for the Lee County project called The Heritage Phase 2. The Applicant is seeking Administrative Approval under Case No. ADD2025-00134 for deviations from specific provisions of the LCLDC. The Applicant is seeking an administrative amendment to the PUD Zoning Resolution ZAB-85-232, as amended. The requested deviations include, but are not limited to, deviations from the following: 10 261(a-c) & 34-1742, 10 329(d)(3)(a)(4), 10 329(d)(4).
