PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of a Public Informational Meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 6 PM, to be held at the North Fort Myers Recreation Center, 2000 N Recreation Park Way, NFM, FL 33903. This meeting is being conducted in accordance with the NFM Planning Community requirements outlined in Lee County Land Development Code (LCLDC) Section 33-1532. The Applicant, MHC Pine Lakes Expansion, LLC, will present information regarding the request for the Lee County project called Pine Lakes Country Club II. The Applicant is seeking an Administrative Amendment for a minor revision to the Pine Lakes Country Club II Master Concept Plan and Condition 5 under Zoning Resolution Z-21-022, as amended. The applicant proposes to amend the Master Concept Plan to identify the location of the access, and to amend Condition 5 to allow the entity with jurisdiction (FDOT) to determine the details regarding the access to US 41. The amendment also includes deviation requests from LCLDC Sections 10-261(a-c), 10-296(e)(2)(h)(5)(iii), 10-296(d)(4)(a), and 10-296(e)(2)(h)(5)(ii).
