FOOTHILLS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION FOR INCLUSION OF REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been filed with the Board of Directors of Foothills Metropolitan District (the "District") in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, a petition praying for the Inclusion of certain real property into the boundaries of the District. Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that they shall appear at a public meeting of the District, on August 5, 2026 at 2:40 p.m., and show cause in writing why approval of the stated inclusion should not be granted.
