Legal Notice Housing Catalyst will submit an application to the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH) to request up to $1,200,000 to reduce long-term debt for the permanent supportive housing community Redtail Ponds at 5080 Fossil Drive in Fort Collins. The request is to benefit persons with low incomes by increasing the financial sustainability of affordable housing in Fort Collins. It is not the intent to cause displacement from any existing housing; however, if persons are displaced from their existing residences reasonable housing alternatives shall be offered. Interested persons are encouraged to contact the applicant for further information or to request a public meeting. If a public meeting is requested, applicant shall post notice date, time, and location to ensure the public is aware of meeting; persons needing reasonable accommodations may contact the Applicant.
