NOTICE OF DEMAND FOR ISSUANCE OF DUPLICATE CERTFICATE Public notice is given herewith that The Arthur Irrigation Company and the Sherwood Irrigation Company have had a demand filed with them in accordance with Sections 7-42-114 through 7-42-117 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, which demands were made by Kristen Gray, Director R&D – Crop Innovation Center and Trait of Cargill Incorporated, for the issuance of duplicate Certificates representing ownership of eleven and one-half share(s) of the capital stock of The Arthur Irrigation Company and one-tenth of one share of The Sherwood Irrigation Company ("Companies") and which demand states as follows: 1. That such Certificate or Certificates have been lost, mislaid or destroyed and that Cargill Incorporated has paid all assessments levied by The Arthur Irrigation Company and The Sherwood Irrigation Company against such stock and prior to the date of notice of demand. 2.Thus, such lost Certificates are represented by Certificate No. 1950 in the amount of ten (10) shares and Certificate No. 1988 in the amount of one and one-half shares (1.5) of The Arthur Irrigation Company Stock representing the ownership of Cargill Incorporated, owner of the eleven and one-half shares of the capital stock of such ditch company and Certificate No. 171 in the amount of one-tenth of one share (0.10) of The Sherwood Irrigation Company Stock representing the ownership of Cargill Incorporated, owner of one-tenth of one share of the capital stock of such ditch company currently listed as Cargill Incorporated, as the owner of said capital stock by the records of The Arthur Irrigation Company and The Sherwood Irrigation Company, which are not-for-profit corporations organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado entitling them to the services of the ditch or the use of the water subject to the payment of assessments. Notice is given herewith that duplicate and/or replacement certificates will be issued to Cargill Incorporated, owner, on Monday, June 1, 2026, unless a contrary claim is filed with The Arthur Irrigation Company and/or The Sherwood Irrigation Company prior to that date.
